ClinBox is an information workspace and AI assistant for long‑term conditions. It helps you organize medical information and generate doctor‑ready Visit Briefs. ClinBox does not provide diagnosis or medical advice.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant ClinBox a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service (e.g., context‑aware chat, Visit Brief, Timeline, Key Dates). Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates law.
ClinBox is designed for de‑identified medical text. Do not upload personally identifiable information (PII/PHI). If you upload identity‑bearing files, you are solely responsible for the consequences and compliance obligations.
Paid plans may be charged on a subscription basis. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact info@clinbox.org and we will review on a case‑by‑case basis.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
ClinBox is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation. ClinBox does not provide diagnosis or medical advice; always consult qualified clinicians.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinBox and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor any loss of data, profits or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClinBox harmless from claims arising from your content or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
